next. This will give you your order total including shipping fees
(and sales tax if you live in Pennsylvania). Then print that page (or hand
copy) and send it along with your personnel check or money order. If paying
with a personnel check we will ship your order out as soon as your check has
cleared our bank. Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. orders.
