Shipping, Exchange, Refund, Mail Order Policies

Standard Shipping & Handling 
Priority Mail, UPS, or Fed-Ex at our discretion. If you use a P.O.Box for your mail delivery, please provide an alternate street address so we have the option of using another carrier. Since we are providing $9.95 flat rate shipping, we need to be able to choose the most cost effective way to ship your order. Thank you. Most orders will be received in 6-12 business days.

PLEASE, if you do not receive your order within 14 days contact us so we may begin a trace or follow up. 

*Long Box Handling Fee
Items with a long handle, such as our Industrial Rubber Bristle Floor Brooms, must be shipped in a 60" long box which incurs additional freight charges for us. These items have a $2 handling fee per order (not per item). 

If you need faster service we also offer: 
Rushed Service - Your order will be given priority service (in effect your order will be moved to the front of the line for processing) and will arrive within 2-5 business days (excludes weekends and holidays that the shippers are not open), depending on your location. This service is just $5.00 extra and will be added to the shipping charge in your shopping cart. Example: if standard shipping is $9.95 and you choose rushed shipping, the total shipping charge will be $14.95.

The shipping charges will be clearly shown in your Shopping Cart. 

Please Note: The $9.95 Flat rate shipping applies ONLY to orders shipped WITHIN the continental USA. Also, the $9.95 flat rate shipping and $5.00 Rushed Service DOES NOT apply to wholesale orders. Wholesale Shipping prices are listed on the wholesale pages.

Please give us your complete street address including any apartment or suite #s, and the street designation such as Street, Drive, Avenue, Road, Court, etc. Example: a larger area may have an Oak St, Oak Court, and Oak Drive. Your address may be "123 Oak Court" but if you just list "123 Oak" someone at "123 Oak Drive" may get your order!

We do our best to make sure the shipping address is correct but we cannot be responsible if an incomplete or incorrect mailing address is provided. If your package is returned to us because it cannot be delivered, we will need to collect new shipping charges to reship.

Note to Pennsylvania residents: 

We must collect 6% state sales tax on all orders with a Pennsylvania billing address. 

Mail Orders: If you would like to make a purchase by mail, you may do the following:
Simply add your items to the shopping cart, fill out your shipping information and click next. This will give you your order total including shipping fees and sales tax if you live in Pennsylvania. Then print that page (or hand copy) and send it along with your personnel check or money order. Please be aware that if paying with a personnel check we will ship your order out to you as soon as your check has cleared our bank.

Exchange & Return Policy: We only sell high quality products that we have tried, used and work well at our homes, but in the event that you should come across a problem, our policy is listed below for your convenience.  We are committed to seeing that our customers receive the highest quality products and service. Please contact us if you have any further questions.

*Customer wishes to exchange/ return a product that is not defective or damaged. (just changed mind.) 
Product must be returned within 30 days and must be in new condition. Please e-mail us for correct return address and RA#. Refund will be original total minus actual shipping cost and a 20% processing fee (min. $2). Refund will be credited to original card used for purchase, or PayPal if used. Please note that full case orders are not returnable. 

*Customer is Notifying us of a damaged product (damaged during shipping)
If a product is damaged during shipping, please e-mail us to let us know of the problem as soon as possible, within 3 days (Please, as soon as possible) so we can claim the damage with the shipper.* Most times the shipper will want the customer to hold the item including the packaging box for their pick up and inspection. The item will be replaced at no cost to the customer. * If you did not choose to pay for insurance during check out, you may not be covered. Without insurance neither we nor the shipper is responsible for damage or loss during shipping. 

*Customer wishes to exchange defective product. 
If the product is defective, NOT normal wear & tear or inappropriate use, then the customer may return the product and we will replace the product at no cost to the customer. Any defect should be readily apparent within the first 30 days. Please notify us ASAP by e-mailing customer service so we can make arrangements for replacement. Also give details as to what the problem is. If you provide a phone # and best time to contact, we will call at your request only. 

Please, you MUST e-mail customer service at ShammySolutions@comcast.net prior to shipping any products back to us so we can handle your return properly.
