We try to be as fair as possible with our
shipping fees. Since all of the common US shippers have raised their prices
substantually again this January, we have found it necessary to adjust our
rates also. Unfortunately, we are all feeling the proverbial "pinch" because
of these increases.
We also want to make you aware that
shippers have a minimum price, so that no matter how light the package, that
minimum will apply. That being the case, our new minimum shipping price is
$4.95, which is at or below our cost, depending on the shipper. As the package
increases in weight and size, the proportional shipping cost goes down.
Example: It now costs $9.95 to ship one Rubber Broom or Mop, but it only costs
$1 more ($10.95) to ship two! So if you can order with a friend, not only will
you both save on the shipping, but the per item price is also less!
Products such as the Rubber Brooms and
Chamois Mops require 60" long shipping boxes. The reason for this is because
the handles are 1 piece sturdy steel or aluminum. Other companies sell
items with handles that come in several pieces to fit in shorter boxes and
save on shipping. While the savings in shipping is nice, you are actually
receiving an inferior product. These types of handles do not hold up to
vigorous usage. We feel that offering a better quality product to our
customers is worth the extra shipping and packaging cost.

Shipping Policy
Standard Shipping &
Handling is Priority Mail, UPS,
or Fed-Ex at our descretion. If your order MUST be delivered by a
certain carrier, please e-mail
us for pricing. Most orders will be recieved in 5-9 business days. PLEASE,
if you do not receive your order within 14 days contact us so we may
begin a trace or follow up.
If you need faster service we also offer:
Rushed Shipping &
Handling -
Your order will be given priority service (in effect your order will be moved
to the front of the line for processing) and will arrive within 2-4 business
days. This service is just $4.00 extra and will be added to the
shipping charge in your shopping cart. Example: if standard shipping is
$4.95 and you choose rushed shipping, the total shipping charge will be $8.95.
The shipping charges will be clearly shown
in your Shopping
Cart.
Please give us your complete
street address including the street designation such as Street, Drive, Avenue,
Road, Court, etc. Example:
a larger area may have an Oak St, Oak Court, and Oak Drive. Your address may
be "123 Oak Court" but if you just list "123 Oak" someone at "123
Oak Drive" may get your order!
We cannot be responsible if an incomplete or
incorrect mailing address is provided. If your package is returned to us
because it cannot be delivered, we will need to collect new shipping charges
to reship.

Ship Within the Continental US
The shipping prices for
outside of the continental United States have become so expensive, that the
majority of customers do not feel it is worth it. We can certainly understand
that. When the shipping prices are equal to or exceed the product cost, we too
feel that it is not worth it. If you currently have an established account
with us and live outside of the continental US, we will continue to honor your
account. But we will not be opening any new accounts.

All orders shipped to Pennsylvania will be charged 6% PA state sales tax on
product total.

If you would like to make a purchase by mail you
may do the following:
Simply add your items to the
shopping cart, fill out your shipping information and click next. This will
give you your order total including shipping fees and sales tax if you live in
Pennsylvania. Then print that page (or hand copy) and send it along with your
personnel check or money order. Please be aware that if paying with a
personnel check we will ship your order out to you as soon as your check has
cleared our bank. Your check or money order should be made out to S & P
Enterprises.

Exchange / Return Policy
While we feel we have high quality products and
rarely have any problems with them, in the event that you should come across a
problem, our policy is listed below for your convenience. We
are committed to seeing that our customers receive the highest quality
products and service. Please contact
us if you have any further questions.
Customer wishes to exchange/ return a product
that is not defective or damaged. (just
changed mind.)
Product must be returned within 30
days and must be in new condition. Please e-mail us for correct return address
and RA#. Refund will be original total minus shipping and a 20% processing fee
(min. $2). Refund will be credited to original card used for purchase, or
PayPal if used. Please note that full case orders are not returnable.
Customer is Notifing us of a damaged
product (damaged during shipping)
If a product is damaged during
shipping, please e-mail us to let us know of the problem as soon as possible,
within 3 days (Please, as soon as possible) so we can
claim the damage with the shipper.* Most times the shipper will want the
customer to hold the item including
the packaging box for their pick up
and inspection. The item will be replaced at no cost to the customer. * If you
did not choose to pay for insurance during check out, you may not be covered.
Customer wishes to exchange defective
product.
If the product is defective,
NOT normal wear & tear or inappropriate use, then the customer may return the
product and we will replace the product at no cost to the customer. Any defect
should be readily apparent within the first 30 days. Please notify us ASAP
by e-mailing customer service so we can make arrangements for replacement.
Also give details as to what the problem is. If you provide a phone # and best
time to contact, we will call at your request only.
